We stand behind every pair of ShiftRelief™ insoles. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date
- The item must be in its original or reasonable condition
- You must provide your order number or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, simply email us at shiftreliefshop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or would like to exchange your insoles for a different size, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items that have been heavily soiled or damaged through misuse
